Payment
We guarantee the security of your payment information by strictly complying with the statutory data privacy regulations and making every effort to keep your data confidential. You can choose between the following payment options.
We offer the following payment methods:
- 1. Pickup
- 2. Cash in advance
- 3. Payment on receipt of invoice
1. Pickup
Items in stock can also be picked up from our warehouse (02727Ebersbach-Neugersdorf, Wilhelm-Richter-Weg 5). We accept cash payments up to the amount of EUR 10,000. Amounts exceeding EUR 10,000 must be paid by bank transfer after inspecting the item. The item can be picked up by appointment no later than 5 working days after placing the order.
2. Cash in advance
As soon as your payment is credited to our account, your item will be shipped and should soon arrive at its destination. Please note that bank transfer usually takes 2-3 working days, leading to a corresponding delay in delivery.
If you decide to pay cash in advance, you will receive an email stating all details of your order, the bank details and the exact amount after submitting the order.
Attention! In order to be able to guarantee smooth and quick settlement, we ask you to remember the following:
* Please enter the complete subject “invoice number” to be found in our order confirmation mail in the “purpose” field of the remittance slip.
* Please indicate the exact invoice amount; otherwise your payment cannot be allocated immediately, entailing a delay in delivery.
3. Payment on receipt of invoice
If you decide to pay on receipt of invoice, the item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
We offer purchase on account exclusively on the condition of a positive credit rating. In addition, purchase on account is only available to regular customers with a registered customer account.
The invoice amount is due and payable immediately after receipt of the item. Unfortunately, we are able to offer purchase on account only to customers with a German invoice address.
Note: We hope you understand that we can no longer offer payment on receipt of invoice to customers who fail to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 48 hours.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched and when I can expect it to arrive?
After your payment is credited to our account, the item will be shipped to you and you will receive an order confirmation email including a tracking number. We ship via DHL or UPS. The delivery period after receipt of payment is usually 2-14 working days, depending on our current stocks. Unfortunately, no items will be shipped at the weekend.

The item will be carefully packaged to protect it against impacts.
Every shipment is insured; the carrier is liable for the items. Please check the packaging for damage immediately upon receipt and indicate any damage in the delivery note before it is signed by the courier. Otherwise, we are unable to accept any complaints.
